This saw sat in my branch for 9 months afore I acclimated it on a project. Stopped alive afterwards 50 cuts or so. Since it had a 2-yr backup warranty(1-866-307-0132) I affected accepting it replaced wouldn't be too abundant of a hassle. Was I wrong. I accept approved for about 2 months to get it replaced and am assuredly giving up. Since GMC Global Machinery Company is headquartered in Australiawhen you alarm during accustomed business hours in the US you get an answering service. If you do get throughthe GMC rep directs you aback to Amazon insisting Amazon will forward another. Amazon reps say they accept a 30-day backup agreement but insists GMC needs to alter it afterwards 30-days. Afterwards 3 circuit of this abundant is enough. Even if it alone amount $45 the affliction isn't account it. I don't anticipate Amazon should be accomplishing business with GMC and affairs their articles if GMC misrepresents the warranty.
